A Dallas-based D/M/WBE firm, Simon Engineering & Consulting, Inc. boasts of professional and experienced planners, designers, and project managers offering experience in the planning, design, and construction management of site development, civil infrastructure, and multi-modal transportation projects. 

Established by Voranique “Nikki” Simon, PE, in December 2008, Simon’s expertise in design services range from civil site design to thoroughfare, roadway and highway design, drainage and flood control, water and wastewater design, stormwater pollution prevention, and traffic control.

Simon Engineering has Professional Engineering Licensure in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, and Tennessee.

  • Simon’s first contract was providing design management support services to HNTB Corporation on its multi-million dollar contract with the North Texas Tollway Authority.
